Zero Roof Footprint Guarantee

Tree work happens right over the things you care about most. We plan every removal and pruning job around your roof, fence, and landscaping, and lower limbs on ropes so nothing lands on them. The goal is simple: nothing gets damaged.

If something does get damaged, we make it right. Small things, like a broken fence board, we fix ourselves at our own cost. Anything bigger goes through our insurance, with $2,000,000+ in coverage and a certificate of insurance on request.

Questions & Answers Cross-examination.

Does my tree need removal, or just a trim?

Most people aren't sure, and that's normal. We look at dead branches, structural defects, disease, and how close the tree is to your home. In many cases a proper trim makes the tree safe and healthy again. If removal is the better call, you'll hear exactly why. No guessing, no upselling.

How much does tree removal cost?

It depends on the tree. Size, location, condition, and access all play a role, and a small tree in an open yard is very different from a large tree over a house. That's why estimates are free: Connor comes out, looks at the job, and gives you a clear, written price before any work starts.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency tree service?

Yes. If a tree or limb is on your house, hanging over it, or blocking your driveway after a storm, call 720-903-1285 any time, day or night. Dangerous situations get made safe first, then cleaned up properly. After hours, on-site emergency calls have a $250 minimum charge.

How soon can you get the job done?

Most jobs can be scheduled within a few days. Emergencies are handled 24/7, and storm work goes to the front of the line. Bigger projects like lot clearing are scheduled around the size of the job.

What are your hours?

We're open 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For emergencies we're available 24/7; after-hours on-site service calls have a $250 minimum charge.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Connor is an ISA Certified Arborist (RM-9021A) with the ISA Prescription Pruning Qualification, and a Colorado Department of Agriculture licensed applicator (#44402). Saw and Order is fully insured, with $2,000,000+ in coverage and a certificate of insurance available on request. Hiring an uninsured crew can cost far more than it saves.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Every job is planned so it doesn't happen. If it does, we make it right. Small things, like a broken fence board, we fix ourselves at our own cost. Anything bigger goes through our insurance.

When is the best time to prune trees in Colorado?

Late winter to early spring is ideal for most species along the Front Range, while trees are dormant. Dead, broken, or hazardous limbs can come out any time of year.

What is defensible space?

Clearing and thinning trees and brush around your home so a wildfire has less fuel to reach it. In the foothills, some insurers and fire districts now ask for it. The work follows Colorado State Forest Service home ignition zone guidelines.

Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?

Yes. Saw and Order handles pruning, removals, storm response, and plant health care for HOAs, property managers, and businesses, with the insurance documentation commercial contracts require.

How can I pay?

Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, cash, check, or ACH bank transfer. Credit and debit cards are accepted too; credit card payments include a processing fee. Financing is available through our lending partners.

When is payment due?

When the work is done or when your invoice arrives, unless we've agreed on something different ahead of time.

Can I just text you photos?

Yes. Text photos and your address to 720-903-1285 and you'll get a straight answer on what your trees need.

Will you leave a mess?

No. Branches, debris, and sawdust are all cleaned up before we leave. Most of the time the property looks better than when we arrived.
